it's a very good product and the delivery was fast. I had some trouble to pair the gimbal for the first time. Even if you dont use the hohem app to record you need to pair it for the first time to "unlock" the use. There is a bug in the app that it doesnt pair for the first time when you try to do it right after creating your account in the hohem app. I had to create the accout, them logout and close the app. So I opened it, made the login and followed the video guide to connect the gimbal. POS.: Its a light gimbal, it has great payload, it does some of the most desired moviments of the moment automatically like the inception and timelapse, it small to the point you can keep it in your pockets. I was able to use it with a Samsung s21 ultra with sucess. The only 'downside' is that this smartphone is so big, you need to positioning it a lot more to the left to be able to use the 'inception move'. However, it works like a charm!
